Its catalog includes reducers, gears, shafts, blades, bearings and other parts, available from stock or made to order. All components meet GOST and ISO standards and replicate original agricultural designs.
The company provides dynamic balancing services for rotors, drums, impellers and other rotating assemblies weighing up to 1500 kg. This process helps reduce vibration, which is a key factor in mechanical reliability. Balancing is performed using specialized equipment that supports diameters up to 1500 mm and lengths up to 3000 mm. Clients receive detailed test reports including rotation speed, initial and residual imbalance, and correction methods such as metal removal or weight placement.
Damir Techno also offers plasma cutting for steel, aluminum, copper, titanium and other metals up to 150 mm thick. The process is carried out using the TYPHOON 2000 system with a Hypertherm MAXPRO 200 power source. This method allows for fast and accurate cuts with minimal heat deformation. The company handles a wide range of shapes and applications, from structural elements and decorative pieces to flanges, gates and screw piles.
In addition, the company manufactures and repairs augers for various industries including agriculture, food processing, construction and oil and gas. Both horizontal and vertical designs are available, with custom fabrication based on client drawings. The spiral bending machine used in production supports rib heights up to 900 mm and thicknesses up to 50 mm, with each unit formed in under 25 seconds. This allows Damir Techno to deliver augers with consistent geometry and reliable performance across multiple sectors.
