Energo Komplekt is a cable and wire manufacturing enterprise with four production facilities and a full set of industrial infrastructure. The company employs around 900 specialists and workers, with over a quarter of the team made up of engineering and technical staff. All managers hold higher education degrees, while production personnel are trained in technical disciplines.

Over the years, Energo Komplekt has developed and launched production of power and control cables, including shielded and armored types with low smoke and gas emission. The company manufactures wires for overhead lines, non-insulated conductors, installation and connection cables. It also produces medium and high-voltage cables, including power cables rated up to 110 kilovolts. The product catalog includes more than 200,000 size and type variations. Current developments include fire-resistant power and control cables with halogen-free polymer insulation and thermoplastic elastomer compounds.

Raw materials are sourced from Belarus, Austria, Czech Republic, Finland, Russia and Ukraine. The production lines are equipped with machinery from Germany, Spain, Italy, Czech Republic, Finland, the United States and other countries, supporting a full-cycle manufacturing process. Energo Komplekt supplies its products to Belarus, Russia, Lithuania, Czech Republic, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Poland, Slovenia, Hungary, Ukraine, Turkmenistan, Azerbaijan, Latvia, Estonia and Uzbekistan. Clients include companies from energy, oil and gas, construction, mining and transportation sectors.

The company maintains strong logistics partnerships and operates its own transport base, allowing for timely delivery to customers worldwide. Energo Komplekt’s products meet European and international standards. Its quality management system includes multi-stage control at every phase of production, from incoming materials to final testing. The in-house laboratory is accredited in Belarus and Russia and performs all necessary product tests. The company holds certifications for its entire product range, as well as for its quality management system under ISO 9001:2015 and other regional and European standards.
