A wide range of machining services
Mos&K is a metalworking company offering a wide range of machining services. The team specializes in turning, milling, boring and combined operations using CNC equipment. The company works with clients in mechanical engineering, instrumentation, medical device manufacturing and other technical industries.
The workshop is equipped with multiple CNC machining centers, including three MATSUURA-760 units for standard milling tasks and a CHIRON FZ-22L for long-part processing. Additional machines include CHIRON FZ-16, VMC400E and VMC855 centers, each configured for different part sizes and spindle speeds. These machines support efficient production of complex components with consistent quality.
Turning operations are performed on CNC lathes such as IKEGAI FX-25, FX-20, TSK 50 and LCR 360QZ, with chuck diameters ranging from 60 to 250 mm. The facility also includes a coordinate boring machine (2E440A), conventional lathes and milling machines, along with auxiliary equipment for precision work.
